Mr. Descôteaux is Chief
Financial Officer of Redex and Director of its various
subsidiaries. He was President and Director of the
Société Immobilière Redex Ltée
from 1997 to August 2005 during which time he successfully
acquired, restructured and sold for profit over
$29M worth of commercial, office and residential
properties. Mr. Descoteaux also possesses a vast
experience in financing that is especially helpful
during the property acquisition process. |

MICHEL
PIETTE
President and Chief Executive Officer |
Mr. Piette is President and Chief
Executive Officer of Redex Inc. and all of its subsidiaries
since August 2005. Prior to this, from 1998 to August
2005, Mr. Piette was President of PRIMEX Network
Inc., a real estate company that took part in the
successful conversion of 5 rental properties into
co-ownerships with sales totalling more than $20M.
He was also President of WOLMC (World-wide On-line
Marketing Corporation) from January 2000 to January
2004. |

NABIL
ISHAK
Vice-President – Sales & Marketing

Mr. Ishak is Vice-President of
Marketing & Sales for Redex. Prior to joining
Redex in October of 2005, he had been independently
employed in sales and marketing since 1985. Graduated
from Concordia University in 1977, Mr. Ishak has
been a sought after speaker and trainer throughout
Canada, USA and Mexico for 15 years. During that
time Mr. Ishak also built and managed large International
sales organizations with firms such as IBM, AT&T,
and Integrity Group Canada. In 1999 Nabil was founder
and CEO of Instasavings.com, the first M-coupon
(mobile) company in Canada and the Philippines featured
on the Bell mobility, Telus and SMART (Philippines)
networks. In 2004, he joined Michel Piette in real
estate conversions. Nabil’s success in the
corporate world as well as with his own startup
companies, make him a valuable asset to Redex. |

ANNE-MARIE
DUBOIS
Director |
Ms. Dubois is the leasing Vice-President,
since December 2003, of Alexis Nihon Real Estate
Investment Trust, a trust that currently owns 63
offices, retail and industrial properties totalling
over 8.9 million square feet of leasing space. Ms.
Dubois has 20 years of real estate experience working
with major landlords in Canada in office, industrial
and commercial leasing. Before joining Alexis Nihon
REIT Ms. Dubois held the position of General Manager
of Regus Canada Inc. and prior to this was Vice-President
and Corporate Consultant for Devencore, one of the
major real estate brokerage firms in Quebec. Ms.
Dubois holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Concordia
University, with majors in Finance and Management. |

JEAN-GUY
DUMOULIN
Director |
Mr. Dumoulin founded Groupe Dumoulin
Electronics Inc. in 1983. Today it is one of the
largest private retailers of electronic goods in
Canada with annual sales in excess of $400 million.
The company, comprised of more than 150 retail outlets
under the names of Dumoulin Electronic in Quebec
and Audiotronic in the rest of Canada, is specialized
in electronic, computer, photo and communication
products and services. Mr. Dumoulin is also the
Chairman of the Board of said company. |

ERIC
R. BENOIT |

Mr. Benoit is the Vice-President
of Business Development for Redex. Prior to joining
Redex in July of 2007 he was a property manager
for Gestion GGR Inc., where he was in charge of
18 commercial properties. Afterwhich time Mr. Benoit
became the co-owner of a money management firm called
Gestion Aequilibrium Inc., where he was in charge
of developing new products and business. Subsequent
to the sale of the corporation to Montrusco Bolton
Inc. in 2004, Mr. Benoit remained with the new firm
in the role of customer service and business development
director until 2006. Mr. Benoit is also a member
of the Consultative Comity of Capital Benoit Inc.
and a member of the Board of Directors of RD Capital
Inc., Benassor Inc. and Benaequi Inc. |
