– Perform an elaborate inspection of the structure
(foundation, framework, roof) and mechanics (ventilation,

| Responsibilities
- Inspect property titles, file conversion applications,
validate lot numbers, edit legal documentation and
execute all adjustments at the signing of the deed
of sale. The notary is also the trustee for all
amounts relating to the balance of sale and the
guaranteed rental income. |
